Refund Policy

This policy covers the Learn founding-member offer ($79, one-time payment via Stripe Checkout -- see pricing).

All sales are final

The founding-member offer is a one-time purchase, not a subscription -- you pay once and get unlimited code-execution runs on every exercise, including courses added later, at no further charge. Every exercise's content is free to read regardless of purchase, so you can fully evaluate an exercise before paying to run it. Because access unlocks immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete, including for change of mind, not having time to use it, or already having run an exercise. Please review what's included before you buy.

Exceptions

The no-refund policy above is about change-of-mind requests, not about us keeping money for something that didn't work. If something went wrong on our end -- a duplicate charge, a payment that succeeded but access never unlocked, or a technical failure that's clearly our fault -- email support@nossletter.tech and we'll fix it, which may include a refund where that's the right fix.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank -- it's faster to resolve directly, and a chargeback on a legitimate, undisputed purchase may result in losing access to the account it was made from.

The daily digest

The daily email digest is free and always has been -- there's nothing to refund there.
